A near death experience left A Healing Touch recording artist, Dallas, in a wheelchair, with congestive heart failure, pulmonary edema, broken ribs and unable to walk or use her right hand.
Dallas never gave up hope! She shares her story of survival and the words of her songs to inspire audiences across the globe.
In the days, months and years that have followed, Dallas has adopted I John 1:7 “Walk in the Light as He is in the Light” as her calling in life. She remembers the “bright light” she encountered while on the operating table, the “still small voice” that assured her everything would be okay and the vision of standing on a stage sharing her story in words and song. On many days, that vision gave her the strength and motivation she needed to push through the darkness of hopelessness, pain and despair.
AHT independently released a debut CD, JUST BREATHE this year. This album contains 10 original songs Dallas wrote while on her journey of healing and during the days she struggled to survive her darkest dour. AHT’s music can be heard on the World Wide Web.
Today, she thanks God for His “Healing Touch” and reminds listeners that “there is always a LIGHT of HOPE that shines in our darkest hour”.
